Theme residences are pretty much in demand by the home buyers of the middle class families. Residential communities in India have grown exponentialy over the period of time. We often wonder how certain places like hotels, resorts are designed as everything and all the elements in the residence are so harmonious. But the frequency of elements will only be tuned when right thing is placed at the right place.

Theme based residences is something coming out of the customers choice as customers want their home to look unique from inside out and rather than investing on simple interiors buyers are preferring to invest in theme based properties or interior designing.

A theme is nothing but transforming an idea or imagination into the real world or into the physical form. Most of the ideas can be picked from internet but still you can some of your custom themes eg. if your kid likes any cartoon character a lot, then children's room can be designed based on their character liking eg Chota Bheem is very famous among Indian kids these days. One should be very careful when it comes to selecting themes. Themse should go along with the individuals personality likes dislikes and taste.

For a person who loves trekking or jungle trips he can always have a theme based on some water fall. The person can display Jog Falls or Niagra Falls as the theme. He can have some water bodies inside or outside the house.
