How to create a perfect concrete mix for your house structure

The first and most important step in the process is to determine the ingredients that will make up the concrete and their proportions. there are many variables to consider including cement type, aggregate size and type, amount of water, and mineral and chemical admixtures. Here are some of the main things to consider for economical mix design.

                                           FORMWORK WITH REINFORCED DETAIL

Loads that must be supported:  Concrete can be made with a wide variety of strengths, so  this is often the starting place for the mix design.
Workability: The workability that is required depends primarily on how the concrete is to be placed.

                                           FORMWORK  PLACEMENT

Environmental conditions:  If the concrete will be exposed to severe conditions, then this may well determine the necessary concrete quality rather than the applied loads.
Surface wear:  For some applications the physical loads tend to wear away the concrete instead of breaking it.

PLACING
Once the concrete has been adequately mixed, it must be placed into the formwork that defines its final position and shape. If the concrete is to be reinforced, the rebar must already be in place so the concrete can flow around it.
However  for  electrical  point  opening can be done using electrical boxes conduit  to the formwork. Shuttering has to be done keeping in my the window position and sizes.

CONSOLIDATION Once the concrete is in place, it should be consolidated to remove large air voids developed during placement and to make sure that the concrete has flowed into all of the corners and nooks of the formwork
